1 Purpose
- The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply without restriction or reservation to all purchases of paragliding flights between Roc
n' vol and non-professional buyers ("the client") wishing to purchase the services offered for sale by Roc n' vol.
- By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions (GTC) in their entirety.

3. General terms and conditions
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time by publishing a new version on its website.
- The applicable GCS are those in force at the date of payment of the order.
- The customer declares that he/she is legally able to contract under French law or is legally responsible for the person he/she represents.

4. Prices
- The price of products sold on the Roc n' vol.com website is indicated in euros.

5. Withdrawal
- For any purchase on the internet, the customer has the right to retract without giving a reason, within fourteen (14) days of the order for the purchase of services without date or deadline determined at the time of purchase (vouchers, gifts).

- Refunds will be made within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.

6. Gift cards
- From the date of payment, Roc n' vol gift cards are valid for 1 year. Beyond this period, Roc n' vol
vol is not obliged to provide the service paid for. All sums paid will be retained in full.
- Roc n' vol cannot be held responsible for a late appointment concerning the end of validity of the gift voucher if there are no more slots available before the expiry date of the gift voucher.

We will not refund flights, if the beneficiary, in the meantime, does not fit into our physical "criteria" i.e.

7.cancellation
- Paragliding is a free-flight activity. As such, it is subject to meteorological and aerological conditions. The customer
is informed and acknowledges the possibility of cancelling Roc n' vol activities due to unfavorable weather conditions up to the last minute.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel the activity up to the last minute for safety reasons on the decision of a member of Roc n' vol staff.
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel due to force majeure, pandemic or government restrictions.
Roc n' vol is not responsible for any losses incurred by the client due to cancellations beyond its control.

8. Specific to tandem flights
- Roc n' vol reserves the right to cancel in the event of physical or psychological incapacity on the part of the customer/beneficiary of the gift voucher,

- Once the customer is in possession of the SD photo and video card, it is the customer's sole responsibility. Any loss due to

- Roc n' vol reserves the right to use the client's photos and videos at its sole discretion.

9. Delay
- In the event of delay at the meeting point on the part of the customer / voucher recipient, Roc n' vol reserves the right to shorten the duration of the flight, depending on the length of the delay, or to cancel the flight if the time remaining before the next rotation is insufficient

- A delay of more than 10 minutes or a no-show will result in the cancellation of the flight by the customer. In this case,

10. Complaints and mediation
